OAAS led a three-year LabWare LIMS program in a pharmaceutical environment. The mission covered an initial French deployment followed by the transfer and reconstruction of the system for Fareva.
Why ?
Why was a structured LIMS program required?
Laboratory information systems sit at the intersection of operations, quality, infrastructure and regulatory expectations. A successful deployment therefore requires more than software installation.
The program had two distinct objectives: deploy the American LabWare LIMS in French sites, then transfer and rebuild the system for Fareva.
Your benefits
OAAS relies on a proven technical foundation: device or data management, collection, dashboards, alerts, security and automation. You save development time and focus your effort on business needs.
Instead of rebuilding a complete solution for every project, OAAS relies on a scalable technical foundation that can adapt to different uses, industries and field constraints.
All elements are monitored from a single interface. Teams can review status, latest data and configuration without multiplying tools.
Field data is collected, historized and transformed into understandable indicators. The goal is not only to store measurements, but to make them useful for decisions and actions.
Clear specifications, controlled testing and close collaboration keep delivery focused, testable and aligned with the real needs of the field.
How ?
How was the transformation managed?
During the first phase, OAAS gathered requirements, identified gaps, coordinated hardware installation and local partners, managed budgets and prepared key-user training.
The second phase required the existing MSD requirements to be rewritten for Fareva, the technical architecture to be reassessed and the team to be trained for autonomy.
What ?
What was delivered?
The three-year mission covered project management, LIMS specifications, infrastructure coordination, quality activities and team training.
The client team was progressively trained so that it could operate and evolve the new environment autonomously.
Conclusion
Conclusion
The program created a controlled transition from an inherited LIMS environment to a system aligned with Fareva's own organization and constraints.
Its long-term value came from combining delivery with documentation, training and operational autonomy.
