The Qatar government needs to be supported in order to write sepecfications for all the food tracability before the Football World Cup.
How
We were three people to write all the specifications. We use SIPOC/RACI/VSM in order to specify all the food chain from border to delivry.
This mission was the best mission for ever, thanks to Dr Goodwin Balasingam and my to coworker Richard and Phlippe.
What
The specification was written and to be review by another team, and they managed to create their own LIMS.
